Investing Education Program for Everyone

The Renatus Real Estate Investing Education Program is unmatched in the industry.  It is based on the scientifically proven learning methodology, Instructional Systems Design (ISD).  The ISD model is a learning science that just about every major university in the country uses to construct their curriculum paths.  We use the ISD model to help you learn the secrets of the rich.  Consulting a Ph.D. in Education and working with subject matter experts in specific disciplines of real estate investing and business ownership, we have developed well-structured instructional materials using objectives, related teaching strategies, systematic feedback, and evaluation.  Our education system ensures our students acquire the skills and knowledge they need to become successful Real Estate Investors.

Our instructors play a significant role in the effectiveness of our real estate investing educational program.  Hand-selected based on their expertise and track-record in their trade, these professionals ensure the most up-to-date methods are presented to our students.  They are practitioners in their field who also have a passion for teaching others how to apply their knowledge in the real world.  The instructors bring their years of hands-on experience and execute the ISD teaching methods used by Renatus.  The structured design of the courses dictates a consistent, effective, student learning experience.  The learning is reinforced by the genuine interest in each student’s success, demonstrated by the instructors.  The quality of each Renatus instructor is monitored by the Curriculum Advisory Board as well as the students themselves.  The students have the opportunity and are encouraged to offer their evaluation of the instructors

Our real estate investing curriculum offers online and in a live classroom teaching.  If you are on the go and prefer audio, you can download the MP3s from the Audio Library.  Print out the curriculum workbooks to read at a later time or to take down notes.  Our courses include beginner classes and increasing in complexity to more advanced subjects.  There are two primary business and real estate investing education programs for structured learning: (1) the Essentials Course; and (2) the Accelerated Investor Training Course (A.I.T.).
